A physiotherapist with more than 13 years’ experience, I was inspired to gain a deeper understanding of pelvic, reproductive and women’s health over 11 years ago.

I founded Self Physiotherapy as I noticed a gap in the South Australian market for pelvic health physiotherapy aimed at those experiencing low pelvic health understanding (with or without pelvic health problems).

My drive allows me to continuously exceed patient expectations and deliver the highest quality level of care. I am passionate about education, where I aim to empower people to feel autonomous and self-confident in the decisions about their body. I work closely with a collection of specialised healthcare professionals and, through continued education, ensure patients are provided with the most up to date, evidence based, physiotherapy advice and management available for pelvic and reproductive health issues.

I also work at the Women’s and Children’s hospital where I manage the Women’s Health Physiotherapy department and also see a range of patients with gynaecological and reproductive issues. This experience has given me the opportunity to provide healthcare to diverse range of patients from all backgrounds.
